With MBA in HR, Bachelor in Science, and Bachelor in Education, Mrs. Ritu Kala is a connecting cord between the team. Along with the administration, finance, and Human Resource Management related responsibilities, Ritu ensures active participation and contribution to educational and co-curricular activities of the college. She has overall responsibility for Human Resources at IHMCS and also assists in Training & Placement Operations.
