With a keen interest in training and education, Ms. Shaily Pandey has acquired a multi-faceted role at IHMCS and looks after the overall development needs of the students. She heads the Brand & Business Development at IHMCS where she contributes to the conceptualization and delegation of Learning Modules, events, and Ventures. She is an MBA holder in HR while she graduated in Hotel Management and went on to secure a career in hotels like Lake Palace Udaipur, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Taj Lands End, and The Rambagh Palace as a Duty Manager. Her experience in Butlers, Guest relations, and core Front Office and Food & Beverage activities has enabled her to inculcate hospitality in her personality. She has attained AHLEI Certification in Front Office Operations and Food & Beverage Operations, has published a paper in NCTHM, and is Executive Editor for Connecting Elements.
